2. Data collection and use to fulfil the contract and open a customer account

We collect personal data when you provide us with it voluntarily within the realms of your order, communication with us (e.g. via the contact form or email) or when opening a customer account. Required fields are labelled as such as we require the data in order to fulfil the contract, process your contact or open the customer account and you could not place the order and/or open the account and/or we could not process the communication without it. 3. Data transfer

In order to fulfil the contract in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit b of the GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company tasked with the delivery insofar as this is required to delivery the ordered goods. Depending on the payment service you select during the order process, we will pass on the collected payment data to the bank tasked with the payment and/or the payment service provider commissioned by us and/or the selected payment service. The selected payment service provider may then collect further data if you register for an account. Data transfer to shipping providers
