Whey is a natural food and is produced during the production of cheese. Depending on the process, a distinction is made between sweet whey and sour whey. Sweet whey is produced during the production of hard cheese. Sour whey, on the other hand, is produced during the production of soft cheese. The resulting aqueous phase contains all the valuable water-soluble components of milk.
Due to its good shelf life and simple dosage, sweet whey powder can be used in many ways for cooking, baking, sports drinks, dietary supplements or animal nutrition. Also suitable for vegetarians.
Our sweet whey powder is gently finely ground for further processing so that it can be absorbed particularly well.
Recommended intake: Daily 1 x 3 g powder or 1 x 3 vital measuring spoons (enclosed) in plenty (200-300ml) of liquid give and drink. The powder can also be mixed with food.
