OPC is the abbreviation for "oligomeric proanthocyanidins", a secondary plant substance belonging to the group of flavonoids and obtained from grape seeds. Bananas, strawberries, apple or blueberries also contain a large amount of OPC.
, also called "ubiquinone-10", is a natural substance that can be produced by the human body itself. Coenzyme Q10 can also be ingested with food, as it is present in most animal and plant foods. The recommended daily dose of Q10 for a good supply of nutrients is between 30 and 200 mg per day.
